I work from my small home studio in Sheffield, creating floral designs for customers locally and across the UK.
I grew up with European floristry traditions that felt quite different from those I later discovered in England. Flowers were often seen as something luxurious and meaningful, chosen to mark a special occasion rather than as an everyday treat. The floral styles, colour combinations and ways of arranging them were also noticeably different. Growing up around those traditions naturally shaped my creative vision and continues to influence the way I approach floristry today.
Before moving to England, I spent many years teaching adults. I loved helping people discover their creativity, build confidence and enjoy making something with their own hands. This experience now lives on through my floral workshops, where I create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone—even those who arrive convinced they are “not creative.”
Today, Petal Ritual is a small independent floral studio offering wedding flowers, creative workshops, installations and handmade floral pieces. While workshops and installations are primarily available across Sheffield, Yorkshire and Derbyshire, many of my designs can be delivered nationwide.
You also won’t find me following every beige floristry trend. Although I appreciate soft and natural arrangements, my heart belongs to bold colours, unexpected combinations and designs with real personality. I especially love creating for people who want their flowers to feel different—whether that means dramatic wedding flowers, a colourful gift or an expressive arrangement for their home.
Every Petal Ritual piece is made by hand, and no two designs are completely identical. I see that individuality as part of their beauty.
