We normally respond within 2–3 working days, Monday to Friday. Response times may be longer during busy seasonal periods.

Existing orders

If your question concerns an existing order, please include:

• Your full name

• Your order number

• A short description of your question or issue

• Photographs of the product and packaging if it arrived damaged

Custom and wedding enquiries

For custom-made products or wedding flowers, please include as much of the following information as possible:

• The type of product or flowers you require

• Your preferred colours and style

• The required date

• Your approximate budget

• Your delivery country and postcode

• Any measurements, quantities or personalisation details

Wedding flowers can be arranged several months or more than a year in advance. Production and delivery dates will be discussed individually.

Workshops and business enquiries

For private workshops, events, collaborations or business installations, please include:

• The type of enquiry

• Your preferred date

• The location

• The approximate number of participants, where relevant

• A short description of what you have in mind

Petal Ritual is based in Sheffield, United Kingdom. We do not operate a public shop or accept visitors without a prior arrangement.
